These soft tampon-sponges are unbelievably easy and comfortable to use. It may be to your advantage to slightly dampen the sponge or add a little lubricant when inserting it (try the Aquaglide lubricant included in the pack).

Each pack contains 10 soft-tampons, which are single-use. You may not use it for longer than 8 hours each time.
