How to use the vaginal beads:
Insert the pleasure beads in your vagina and contract your pelvic muscles, as you do when squeezing tight for regular pelvic exercises. It can be a good idea to start out by doing the exercises lying down, until you're used to the beads.
Lying down: Contract your muscles and release for no more than 5 minutes, then take a break. It is important to do it correctly. When doing the exercises with the beads inserted, start the contracting movement in the back at the entrance to your anus. Then move the contraction forward towards your vaginal muscles and finally try to pull your navel in towards the back.
Walking/standing: Once you're strong enough to walk around with the beads, you'll do the exercises without even noticing. This is because the beads force your muscles to contract to even be able to hold them inside. The beads not only remind you to squeeze, they also make demands on the way you do it.
You will in no way be able to hear the beads as you walk about.
