All displayed product prices at Sinful.eu are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of shipping costs. All prices are at current prices.
When you shop at Sinful.eu, agreements are concluded in English.
Sinful accepts payment via:

The amount will not be charged to your card until the order is shipped.
When you shop at our website, we only save the information needed to deliver the ordered product. It is not possible for us to pass on credit card details, charge an amount several times or the like. We offer a 365-day limited return policy. If you want to exert your right of cancellation, the product must be returned in the same quantity and condition as received.
As a customer, you always have at least 14 days to cancel your purchase. Within 14 calendar days of receipt, you must notify us that you wish to cancel your purchase. Please send your notice to email@example.com. In your notice, you must clearly state that you wish to exert your right of cancellation.
In the case of several different products ordered together but delivered separately, the right of cancellation period ends 365 calendar days from the day you receive the order, or when the last product of the order is physically in your possession.
You cannot cancel your order by simply refusing to receive it at delivery without having given us a clear notification of your cancellation first.
Please return your order to us without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after you have notified us that you want to cancel your order. You must bear the direct cost associated with the return shipment. You bear the risk of loss or damage from the time of delivery.
If original packaging is missing, it may lead to a decrease in value. To make sure that you receive all the money you paid for the item, we recommend that you return it in its original packaging.
Products excluded from the return policy
The following product types are excluded from the return policy:
Sealed products which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and which were unsealed after delivery.
You will lose the right to cancel your order if you break the seal on products which for health protection or hygiene reasons are not suitable for return.
The condition of the product when it is returned
You are only liable for the decrease in value of the product caused by use other than what can be considered necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the product. This means that you may try out the product in the same way as if you were trying it out in a physical shop, but you may not actually start using it.
If the product has been used beyond what has been described above, we shall consider it used. This means that if you then wish to cancel the purchase, you will only receive a partial or no refund, depending on the commercial value of the product.
Refund of the purchase amount
If you wish to cancel your purchase, we will refund the amount you have paid to us. In case of a decrease in value, which you are liable for, such value will be deducted from the purchase amount.
If you exert your right to cancel your order, we shall refund all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 calendar days from the day which we receive notification of your decision to cancel the purchase. The refund will be made with the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.
We may withhold the refund until the product has been returned to us, unless you have provided prior documentation for returning it.

Sinful will not receive packages sent cash on delivery.
In accordance with EU regulation, Sinful offers a 2-year guarantee involving extensive defects discovered through normal use of the product. This means that you can either get the product repaired or replaced, or you can get a refund or reduction in price, depending on the specific situation.
The guarantee does not cover defects, damages or wear and tear directly or indirectly resulting from misuse, lack of maintenance, violence, or tampering.
Complaints about flaws and defects must be communicated to Sinful within reasonable time after the flaw or defect was discovered or should have been discovered. If the complaint is justified, we shall refund your (reasonable) shipping costs. The product must always be returned in proper packaging. Remember to get a receipt for shipment so that we can refund your shipping costs.

Please note that Sinful does not accept parcels sent cash on delivery.
In case of agreed discounts, returned products or prepaid products which are cancelled before shipment, a full or partial refund of the purchase price shall be made. Refunds are normally made by repayment to your credit card or in special cases by bank transfer. To be able to to this, Sinful will need your bank account details.
No personal information registered at Sinful.eu shall at any time be passed on, sold or made available to third parties. All information is stored securely and is accessible only to trusted employees of Sinful ApS.
App. 14 days after making your purchase at Sinful.eu, you will receive an email inviting you to review the product(s) you’ve bought at Sinful.eu. Submitting a review is completely voluntary. In connection with submission of a review, you may choose a random name, and the stated address will only be used to contact the winner of “Review of the Month” which is rewarded with a Sinful gift certificate worth €60.
To be able to enter into a purchase agreement with us, we need the following information from you:
Name, address, phone number and email address.
You personal details will be registered and passed on in order for us to be able to deliver your order.
The IP address from which any purchases are made will also be registered. The information is normally not used but can be used in any police investigation. The IP address is stored as long as necessary in relation to any ongoing police investigation. Any false orders will be reported to the police!
The data controller for https://www.sinful.eu is SINFUL ApS. The CEO and employees of SINFUL ApS has access to the information recorded about you. If you are registered with SINFUL ApS you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to inspect the information registered about you. These are your rights according to the General Data Protection Regulation in the EU. If you have any inquiries on this matter, please contact SINFUL ApS via email email@example.com.
Sinful will organise delivery to the recipient on the earliest possible date requested in the order. Please see our Shipping Options page for delivery details. On time delivery is, however, dependent on the delivery service. If delays should arise with the delivery service company, this will delay the delivery in relation to the requested delivery date accordingly. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local and temporary conditions.
In case of very delayed (several days) or defaulted deliveries, Sinful will send you a new delivery without charge.
If you shop for more than €100, we offer free shipping to parcel shop or depot.

The price is determined by the weight of the products you order and will be stated on the check-out page. Delivery times depend on your chosen delivery service and country of residence. Please see Shipping Options for details. There may be delays due to e.g. entry inwards which Sinful cannot be held responsible for.
Avenues of complaint
Any complaint about a product or service purchased with us may be submitted to the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform, or you can contact your local office of the European Consumer Centres Network, which you can find here https://ec.europa.eu/info/live-work-travel-eu/consumers/resolve-your-consumer-complaint/european-consumer-centres-network_en. You may file your complaint via http://ec.europa.eu/odr.
The EU Commission online complaint portal can be used to submit an online complaint directly, or you can find a local consumer centre to seek advice. This is particularly relevant if you are a consumer resident in another EU country.
